[BUG] Emperor Being Crowned Causes All Players Campaign-Wide to be Dismounted From Horse

Please fix this bug Zenimax, it is ruining my game experience. Just happened on the 7-day campaign.

    Well you need to dismount to bow to the new ruler of Cyrodiil! Duh! :P
