New heavy armor magicka passive + Templar's Blazing Shield with no magicka regen debuff = Win.

The new heavy armor passives are great, and makes heavy armor viable again (good job zos!)
ZOS also removed the magicka regen debuff on Sun Shield, so you can now regen magicka normally while spamming blazing shield.
With heavy armor passives Templars with blazing shield builds will be even more of a blast (literally)

Exactly. The sunshield effect prevents the heavy armor magicka recovery. Its more for Dks with dragonblood. Also, the recovery is not that grand....Vr14 Templar since release- dual resto
