Minor visual bug - Enchanted weapons no longer have a sustained glow.

I was wondering, is it just me or does everyone else have this as well? I noticed this soon after the recent update today. Now it will "glow" for about 2 seconds, but after that it disappears. I've tested this with a fire and lightning enchant if that matters. And yes, they have charges left. I should also mention that the 2 second glow shows when its unsheathed.

Hmm I've never had enchants last longer than two seconds, unless you mean something other than the particle effects seen when unsheathing a weapon.

Well, a weapon with a fire enchant would have red-orange veins on it, and for the first 2 seconds when unsheathed there would be flames on it as well. So basically you should see another effect other than the initial one.

I only ever saw those veins with molten weapons. When unsheathing weapons those effects only last about two seconds then it becomes a boring old generic weapon.

So are you saying you're supposed to see weapon particle effects after unsheathing? I've been playing since beta and it's always been two seconds only.

Maybe there's a setting I'm not aware of. I never looked, I just assumed it was that way by design.

That's what I've been seeing; a sustained glow on the weapon.

After this patch, I also noticed that the DK ability Igneous Weapons no longer displays on my weapon, so I have no idea when the buff runs out.

I can confirm that I also can no longer see my Igneous Weapons on my weapons. I see a faded version of it when I first cast it, then the rest fades away soon enough.
