So, I just logged into the game and hit G and I just get a message that I can start or join guilds (meaning I am no longer a member of ANY of the guilds I was!) Can you please look into this, Gina? One of those guilds I was also the only officer that still logs in (guild master has also not logged in for over a month), so I will need to be reinstated as officer as well.

are guild banks accessible at all right now? Just got done downloading 26gb (still haven't got a callback from support) and it is very slowly applying the patch. So I want to know if I can do anything at all when I log in, assuming the game doesn't continue to crash.

If this is only a bank access issue, turn the guild functions back on and let CS sort out the dead guild issues..

I think the problem is some guilds where people were promoted and might have bank access that shouldn't.

However, I need guild bank access to make my armor since that is where all my supplies are so this better be fixed quickly, as opposed to two or three days.

Some of you really need to learn how servers work. You can have the exact same server setup and settings. You put the exact same game on both or software. But it does not mean that it will work perfectly on both. What worked on the PTS does not always mean it will work properly on the Live server.

This is coming from someone who was head of tech support for a software company for 2 years.

All my guilds were messed up, including the one I run. Ranks were scrambled and seemed to give regular members officer privileges or higher. Bank access didn't work. Promotion/demotion didn't really work reliably.

Worst of all, one of my guilds that has an AWOL leader -- Reserve Bank of Tamriel -- LOOKED like everybody had every access possible, which meant if it worked anybody could've emptied the bank. But there was no actual access. Which may mean we lose everything in there because there likely won't ever be a GL again there?

Meanwhile, its replacement guild, which we were in the process of moving to, the Royal Bank of Tamriel, just didn't work -- and again, everybody was set to an officer rank. No bank access for anybody but me as GL, no guild store selling access. I was in the process of sorting it all out when the guild system was taken offline.

Yet more proof that the game is actually run by a bunch of monkeys.

They should have included a "Second Leader" function that would default the GM role to selected officers if they go inactive for 30 days, like I told them to do in Beta..... but f-ck no that would be too logical and easy, now we have guilds with inactive GM's that are totally screwed.

Ha! I did just that was out for a 25 minute run. All de-stressed, but the guilds still need help. In time, they'll get to it. I'm going to play with the fun dyes in the meantime.

After this patch i lost all my 5 guilds at the same time how could it be possible
