Character Experience from Crafting

I was wondering about whether or not characters themselves will ever be getting experience from crafting. I don't mean the craft level rising but the actual player level rising (not dramatic but enough to over time actually have skill points to use if for example you have a second character for crafting with no battle skills)
If not is there a reason for this?

Vuron✭✭✭✭✭I'm not sure how this wood work. You could start a dedicated crafter and feed him mats. You'd be able to level up almost every crafting skill without ever setting foot outside of the crafting station area.
It would be too easy to outlevel all the content and many people would complain that there wasn't anything to do at that point.

Kewljag_66_ESO✭✭✭✭✭EXP is already way to fast, If you do exploring, or farming mobs, or even PVP you are already way over leveld for your zone and content, we dont need more exp from crafting aswell0
