Question about Cryodiil sky shards, quests, etc.

I just started in Cryodiil and I was wondering about a few things. If you pickup sky shards in one campaign and then move or get moved to another campaign, do you have to start over getting sky shards for the achievement ? Or are the sky shards you've already gotten simply not there on the next campaign. Same question about npc quests, if you've already done the quest, is it unavailable in the next campaign ? With campaigns getting shorter in length I was wondering how this would affect achievements.

No, skyshards/achievements are character wide, so campaign doesn't matter.

As far as quests go, I'm not sure, but they're repeatable, and not story quests as far as I'm aware so it shouldn't matter.

Thanks for the answer on the sky shards, I didn't think they'd expect us to gather all 50+ sky shards in 7 days.

Some skyshards are going to be downright impossible to get unless your campaign is on the verge of winning anyways. You can get most of the regardless of how bad things are going, though.

Once you get a skyshard in Cyrodiil, it stays collected no matter what you do after.

The quests in Cyrodiil, all of them, are repeatable daily quests. Doing them in different campaigns has no effect on anything since they reset at 6AM every day.
