Weapon Swap and Skill Delay
New player here. I went back through some old threads about weapon swap and skill delay. It looks like it is way better now than it used to be, but I have no point of reference to that since I am new. It's really bad still even now, in my opinion. The swap time feels really unresponsive and sluggish. Skills sometimes do damage before an animation plays.
I am of the opinion that if you are making a game with action combat in it like the myriad action games that have come before your game and have done it right, then the combat in your game has to feel tight and responsive. A button press should equal immediate feedback. Anything short of that detracts from the experience greatly. The skills are slow enough that I half expect to see a "skill queue bar" like in KOTOR 1 or games like that.
Actual combat should be a draw for this game instead of a hindrance. I hope the issue is resolved soon.
