Zenimax, where are the Children NPC's?

In all my travels around Tamriel, I haven't run into a single child in ESO. Zenimax, is it extremely difficult to add children into the game? How hard would it be to add a few children around major cities? Once this fact is known, the world doesn't seem as real as it should and loses a small piece of immersion. Thoughts?

They were in Skyrim...

    Probably for the same reason there were children in Skyrim, but you couldn't attack them.

    Using the console in Skyrim to rain children down from insane heights did have a certain appeal. Or locking 10 children in a prison cell with a werewolf....

    In Skyrim, the ability to strip, drag, and pose corpses in various compromising positions was a mini-game unto itself....

    Yep. They were aiming for a Teen rating, and got an unexpected M rating. That's why the quests aren't as dark as they should be and the dungeons don't have bloody corpses everywhere, or cages with abused animals and such in them. this game is a T game, not an M game.

    I dunno about you, but I've personally ran into, and have seen many children in ESO.

    That Angry Joe guy comes to mind, and all those people who cry about the least possible effect something has on the game.

    Hell, I see them in the forums quite often actually. Not "just" in Tamriel.

    Very true and it is a shame. I remember one of the best mods from Skyrim was enhanced blood textures. Is there even blood in this game at all?

    As for the people talking about how they didn't want children to be killed in ESO, I would see an argument there if any friendly NPC was able to die, but you can't even attack the guards right now so that point is irrelevant.

    They should have just made this game rated M or R right off the bat. The kids can stick to WoW and SWTOR.

    I was disappointed with the children in Skyrim. You couldn't even play hide and seek with them :(

    If they implement children in ESO, they need to add a "hide in barrel" or "hide in cabinet" option lol

    The answer is obvious animation and coding takes money, manpower. and data space. Also unlike Skyrim they couldn't hide behind the only nord/human children since pretty much every race has atleast one zone that is their race's.

    Then there is the issue of the fact that while its not hard to picture mer like men having children that are generally mini versions of themselves Khajitte and Argonians could likely have a more metamorphosis or evolutionary growth.

    The mages guild took them all and put them on a magical island somewhere out of Molag Bal's reach. The island may or may not be released in a later update .. and it's one creepy island .....

    You can find young insects/animals in game. There must be reason why there are no children NPCs.

    I think the dark brotherhood and the thieves guild made an alliance to kidnap every child in Tamriel in order to build a big army and create a new Empire. You'll find out soon in the next updates :P

    All the children as safely locked behind those closed doors, the ones you can not open.

    They are peaking out through the gaps in door frames and they are watching you like the creepy little ungrateful money drains that they are!!!!!!
