Lets see if number of cards may have an impact. We may find the problem eventually, I am afraid of the last poll question though...

SLI GTX 660s don't break a sweat. Top card hasn't gone above 65c ever.

I do admire you for trying to nail the performance issues for some users but shouldn't you have specified whether you were trying to identify PVE performance issues or those in PVP on Cyrodiil.

Are have I missed the point completely? Lol

I don't get much boost from using SLI on my two 780s so i don't even bother with it. It was supposed to get better after real full screen was implemented, but it didn't. Maybe the next driver update from nVidia will make a difference.

So for now: Single GPU, nVidia 780, no issues ...
    :)

I have 1 GTX 780 with 3- 27" monitors in Nvidia Surround. I have no major issues. My FPS Vertical Sync is enabled though the Nvidia control panel. In Cities I have between 35 to 50 FPS. Depending on where I am at in the City. In open PVE world I have any where from 50 to 60 FPS. In PVP, depending on how much is going on I have any where between 30 to 60 FPS.

    i7 930 @ 3.5ghz
    660ti sli 3gb

With the ini modded for higher res textures I get between 30 and 80 fps depending on area. 90% sure this is because the game is cpu bound as it only fully uses one core.
    I can has typing!

780ti, used to get a lot of BSODs or TDRs. A lot smoother with the latest driver.

MSi GeForce 770 gtx and in only in large fights in Cyrodiil does it bog down to 30 FPS or less at max settings on a 1080p display. Occasionally gets freezes, crashes, and other little annoying FPS dips. Most of the time it's smooth but I'd say about 5% of the time I see drops but every time it sees more than 100 or so active players it bogs down (lag is also prevalent in those instances).
