Daedra Mortality (Single Bangkorai Quest Spoiler)

Since there is no lore forum this is probably the best place to put it.
In a quest in Bangkorai you meet a Dremora called Kixathi, who serves Hermaeus Mora, that has learned how to bind herself to Mundus instead of Oblivion
Since she is bound to Mundus and not Oblivion, if she not technically mortal now?
Since she will not return to the waters of Oblivion upon their death.
Normally Daedra when summoned and killed will just return to Oblivion as they're bound there. The same in reverse happens with mortals in Quagmire during their sleep. When they die in Quagmire they simply wake up back on Mundus.
So would such a Mundus bound Dremora be mortal?

BillyMailman✭✭✭Reading from Chaotic Creatia, and the wiki article on the Azure Plasm itself, it's fairly obvious that, at the very least, her vestige would be perfectly fine if her body were killed.
The real question is how her body would reform. Presumably, if there was even the smallest amount of raw Plasm anywhere on Mundus, her vestige would find it and she could reform, but the Plasm isn't native to Mundus. Maybe she brought some with, and has it stashed somewhere, using some conjuration magic to pull more through when she runs low? Heck, if she still serves Mora regularly, he's probably helping her with it. In fact, given that she's serving Mora, the creatia would take a different form than the Plasm, which might be more portable.2 -
gurluasb16_ESO✭✭✭✭That is interesting indeed. It confirms that she continues to be immortal then, unless she is effectively severed from Plasm. But we know Plasm can end up on Nirn. An example is the Plasm you see in the end of the Banished Cells dungeon.
Good to know that she'll reform then. Friendly Dremora are not exactly common.
That lore snippet also explains how the player character respawns. Although I do wonder if the process is affected now that we have our soul back...Are we essentially immortal like a Daedra now?
That quest also confirms that the water of Tamriel contains the combined memories and experiences of all mortals. Perhaps water is Nirn's version of the Plasm?
A form of Order Creatia maybe? It would make sense since mortals need water to survive and mortals are weak form of the Aedra who remained.
This does raise a question though...If Meridia is killed, is she gone forever?

Meridia is a Daedric Prince. Because she did not take part in the creation of Mundus. Thus by definition, she is truly immortal, unlike the Aedra whom played a part in Lorkhan's trick.
Keep in mind, Daedra and Aedra are technically identical. They are all Et'Ada. The only objective difference, is that the Aedra surrendered their power in creating Mundus. The Daedra refused to take part. Thus, the Daedra can never die, ever. Meridia included.

Hence why we have the lovable Sheogorath.
They couldn't kill what was at the time one of the most powerful and overbearing daedric princes of all... Jygglag the Prince of Order.
So instead they drove him bonkers into a bi-polar split personality disorder so he would focus on cheese and not inter-dimensional domination.
