    As the OP said, 10PM BST is ZOS' estimate and that would be 11PM CET I believe.

    Hopefully without a boat, wet suit because if it's like it is here, you'd need both. Driving rain, wind, it's nasty.

    I shall be noble and catch up on chores that need to be done. Then a nap and we'll see where things are at 23:00

    I believe it will be 10pm on the dot, because I think data transfer should not take that long, but even if they finish earlier, they will test to make sure everything is working properly.

    AM/PM is only applicable to 12-hour users, as you said, and I don't know of an EU country that still uses 12-hour times.

    That said, in Britain in conversation people will refer to "5 o'clock this evening" so we're not entirely 24-hour thinkers.

    Weather seems a little better here(UK - South West) than where you are for sure!

    Server migrations are easy when the server runs on a virtual machine. I guess, the selfchecks after the reboot on the new hardware will take much longer than the migration itself.

    Of course there are 12h users in Europe too, even if you say 5 evenings in UK or 5 abends in Germany (and whatever equivalent in other language), it's based on the 12h system ;)

    AM/PM is used a lot in UK (at least around me here), rarely if ever in Germany. 17 Uhr is commonly used, whereas 17 o'clock, not sure you'd ever hear that ;)

    As to the topic, I guess around the estimated time. I'd rather they take their time and see that all's correctly set up than rushing it. The only thing I'm wondering about is if IPs are changing, does anyone know? Would need to get those then to adjust my FW a bit...

    Yeah in Britain it's only digital clocks that are 24-hours. In writing and everyday conversation I think we use 12-hour more often.

    I think they will be done on time, I like to remain positive. :P Regardless, even if it takes longer I am more than willing to wait if it means that we can have our servers in the EU instead of the NA. :) I can find some other things to do in the meantime.

    It will most likely take them longer due to things going wrong that they couldn't predict. Then with the influx of players and server load and it being a new datacenter [snip] is going to break and mess up at which point they will be scrambling to take it down and re fix it while people threaten to unsub and badmouth the game because things in life aren't absolutely perfect every single time. And also moving the Data center is proof of it dying and going F2P.

    Well in the UK we are quite intelligent and actually manage to understand 12hr and 24hr time references !
    Never mind, I'm sure the rest of you will catch up in a few decades.... maybe?

    AM and PM? Probably not, I don't know any language other than English that uses these terms. But many countries use the 12-hour clock in addition to 24-hour, usually in spoken/informal language. In Poland you'll hear 5 in the evening - or rather simply 5 - just as often as 17.

    This. It should be pretty simple really, and I'd guess they are simply moving the VMs to the same type (but new) hardware in a different location.

    Why is there not an option for 2-3 days?
    Force weapon swap to have priority over EVERYTHING. Close enough.
    Make stamina builds even with magicka builds.
    Disable abilities while holding block.
    Give us a REASON to do dungeons more than once.
    Remove PVP AoE CAP. It is ruining Cyrodiil.
    Fix/Remove Forward Camps. They are ruining Cyrodiil.
    Impenetrability needs to REDUCE CRIT DAMAGE. Not negate entire builds.
    Werewolf is not equal to Vamps/Bats.
