    You could go for a r9 270x they cost around 160 bucks.

    Keep note though that you would need a new PSU as well, one with 2x 6 pin connectors and an average of 450W Bronze unless you have some other huge components in your PC that you didn't mention yet.

    Unless the drops are just excuse to upgrade because you were thinking of doing it anyway I would not upgrade. The fps you are getting is ok assuming you are using the highest settings.

    I have i5-4670k + GTX 780 and I get fps drops too so it's more of game optimization than your gear.

    My radeon hd 6850 played the game ok on medium settings. I upgraded to a gtx 760 and the game runs smoothly on ultra.

    I have 8gb ram and an intel i5-3570 @3.4ghz.

    You need at least a 500w psu to run the gtx760.

    I have 750w psu if im not wrong yeah hd6850 kinda ok but i dont think it will handle the pvp gtx 760 is good but i think my problem is radeon 6850 have 1gb vram and cant take so much from 4gb ram so if i upgrade to 8 gb ram then everything will be okl i guess.

    I don't know which will give you a better performance boost. Ideally get both, although I am not sure if your CPU will bottleneck a gtx760.

    There are a few computer buffs floating around the forums, hopefully they will see your thread and give some good advice.

    The FX 6100 is still a capable CPU, in this case i would say that a faster GPU should do the trick. R9 270X as mentioned above is a good option, or, for more budget version, a second-hand GTX660(ti) should run the game on ultra settings with around same FPS youre getting now.

    edit: investing a few bucks to another 4gb ram is not a wasted effort either :)

    Hi!
    (I was running a Intel Core 2 duo 6600e with 4GB RAM)

    Just upgraded PC (Still got my older Graphics card MSI Geforce 560Ti)
    CPU = Intel Core i5-4690K
    Motherboard = ASUS Z97-A, Socket-1150
    RAM = Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz 8GB CL9

    Playing ESO on Ultra settings now no problems, and the new upgrade also fixed other problems I was experiencing in the game. ;-)

    Dident see the operating system for this question.
    Keep in mind if you are running 32-bit you cannot get(Use) more than 4gb of ram.
    If your OS is 64bit you don't have to worry about that and should upgrade.

    Also keep in mind if you buy a GPU that greatly outmatches your CPU you will likely experience bottlenecking (Greatly Lowered performance of the GPU).

    But that generally dosent happen unless you are upgrading a pc like 4 or 5 GPU generations old, from my experience.

    And a third keep in mind, 1gb of videoram is not that much, maximum settings on Watch Dogs suggests 3gb of GPU Memory.

    Edit.. oh and if you do upgrade your ram at the very least try to match the Ram's model perfectly, or even better just get a completely new set of sticks, it actually states on the ram i bought that matching the same model number might not be good either.
