Twilight's Embrace Set Question

Hey all,
I was wondering if someone could clear something up for me. On the new 1.3 version of the Twilight's Embrace set, there are the following:
(2) Add 118 Health
(3) Add 118 Health
(4) Adds 4% Healing Taken
(5) When you are healed, gain 10% additional healing
What is the difference between the 4 and 5 set bonuses? I'm asking from the view of a Siphoning Nightblade as well, if that gives any frame of reference to whether either, neither, or both would affect my skills/abilities.
If anyone could shed some light I would greatly appreciate it.

Cabot✭✭✭Also keep in mind those are numbers for the V-12 set, since it states "when you get healed..." it almost has to mean self heal AND healing from someone else.
