I did. There's an option to "hide combat cues", but those aren't what I'm talking about. Those hide the visual indications that an NPC is about to power attack or cast an interruptable spell, which I actually kind of need.Check in the Settings. You can turn off different help functions and tutorials.
Hmm, that's pretty helpful. Thanks!If you the Azurah add-on, you can turn off most off the interface panels by opening the saved variable for that add-on and changing the scale from 1 to 0.

I think the text you are talking about is in the ZO_PlayerToPlayerAreaPromptContainer, though I might be wrong. Turning this box off will also remove the "hold to interact" when highlighting a player.
