Should food eaten show on stats?

This is probably a noob question, but in looking at my base character stats Health/2444 - Majicka/1640 - Stam/1802. When I take a Blue recipe food- (Invigorated Honey Pudding) it adds 312 Majicka/Stam for 1 hour.
- When i look at my characters stats by pressing C, I can see the icon for the active food on the bottom of the page but, I do not see my stats change on my character info or my stat bar. Any helpful input is appreciated.... Thanks

I am almost positive it shows in your active stat count on your character sheet. I'll double check this evening. The values should immediately decrease if you click the food buff off.NA MegaServer

✭Yes it does show on your character screen, unless you are having that bug some do that is caused by one of the addons.0 -
