I feel like toggle skills like magelight, sorcerers pets, nightblade siphoning strikes etc should have seperate key bindings.
dedicated 2-3 slots(shared on both weapons) for toggle abilities would bring more to pvp, pve tables.
would definitely make game more interesting.

atm if you choose 2 toggle skills on your bar you sacrifice too much- usually 1 slot per skill on each bar.

    It is an intended part of the design. It will not change nor do I personally think it should and I play as a summoner.

    I agree with Einion, if you want a toggle, you need to sacrifice something. Otherwise it would become mandatory.

    They would need to release a whole arsenal toggle spells for this to be worth it.

    If toggle spells got their own bar that would make Sorcerers incredibly overpowered, considering how many toggle abilities they have compared to other classes. Toggles aren't meant to be passives.
