melee attacks with a magic cost

Can someone tell me if melee attacks that cost magic, unstable flame or flame lash for example, use spell critical or weapon critical percentage to determine if they're going to do critical damage?

If you search you'll find the answer many times on the forum.

Melee spells crit with weapon crit but all DoTs crit with spell crit. So unstable flame's initial attack crits with weapon crit while the DoT crits with spell crit. Flame lash is all weapon crit
