I received today an email from Zenimax Online asking me to join a "Give us your feedback" survey about the game. I was willing to offer my feedback, but the first two times I clicked on the provided link, it told me "It appears your are not eligible to join this survey", and the third time I did it suddenly told me " that your answers to this survey have already been received".
Now, in all honestly you are already reaching out for customers that clearly weren't particularly happy about the game. You then ask them to take some of their time to give you their feedback and when they do they are getting this kind of answer. I can assure you, this is not exactly going to impress them about the quality of your service. It actually almost sounds like a joke.
I don't know if the problem is on your side or if it depends on the company you outsourced to survey to. But if you are actually looking for good feedback from this survey, I suggest you to look into this problem now...
