Survey "Elder Scrolls Online wants your feedback"

Hi there.
I received today an email from Zenimax Online asking me to join a "Give us your feedback" survey about the game. I was willing to offer my feedback, but the first two times I clicked on the provided link, it told me "It appears your are not eligible to join this survey", and the third time I did it suddenly told me " that your answers to this survey have already been received".

Now, in all honestly you are already reaching out for customers that clearly weren't particularly happy about the game. You then ask them to take some of their time to give you their feedback and when they do they are getting this kind of answer. I can assure you, this is not exactly going to impress them about the quality of your service. It actually almost sounds like a joke.

I don't know if the problem is on your side or if it depends on the company you outsourced to survey to. But if you are actually looking for good feedback from this survey, I suggest you to look into this problem now...

Had the exact same issue as the person above. I'd be happy to give my feedback but the outsourced survey site seems to have issues with bad internet connections. My short response would be as follow...

I know a lot of people who skipped getting ESO and are waiting for the Xbox One and PS 4 versions so they could all play together with their friends (separate servers and all for PC/Mac, Xbox and PS as I recall.) I include myself in that statement. I had little to no desire to play another MMO on my computer and was waiting for the PS4 version. A bunch of my friends were in the same situation most former WoW and EQ players all waiting for the PS4 version. So we all still wait for the PS4 version, there it is. Sad part is I just saw something about some promotion you guys did in June to get the game now and transfer to the console versions later. Shame I missed that I might have gone ahead and played now.

I got a survey email saying I took part in the beta, but did not buy an account and to take part in this survey to let us know why? But that is rather flawed assuming I did not buy an account, I have several emails and that email I use to sign up for various game betas.

I made a separate email that I would use only for my ESO game account and nothing else and that email is separate from my beta email and I have an ESO account with that. So no they are mistaken in saying that I did not continue with ESO after the beta, don't they understand that people don't just have 1 email.

I used my beta key from my signup email and put that into my different main game account email. I have played in beta and have been playing since early access and have never cancelled my account.

Anyway when I tried the survey it said it's been closed.

I received the email to complete the survey and when I clicked on it got a message that survey was closed already. The reason I have not bought the game is because I am waiting for the PS4 version to come out. I won't play on PC and console, so want to see which I prefer before I make a purchase.
