Now I know fiery gripping enemies can be helpful, fun and sometimes down right hilarious but please my Dragon Knight friends exercise discretion.

It's rather irksome when people are already engaged in melee combat with a foe only to have it pulled several feet back and we all have to chase it. Coupled with the good probability of it killing the poor sod that pulled it and resetting. It's also pretty aggravating when you pull it out of AoE effects because its essentially a complete waste of mana.

This tends to happen almost invariably at world bosses or anchors and while I don't begrudge your divines given right to use your skill, I do ask that you please, please, please, use it wisely.

Just be thankful that it got nerfed not too long ago. You used to be able to pull mobs off of walls, hills, and other insane angles.

There will always be those players who know full well that they are pulling a mob away from you and do it anyway.

Yeah I know, some folks are just butts. Still, I can hope.

I will say that it is funny sometimes when five or six people chain pull an enemy around. It's just kind of a pain when it happens too often.

LOL, Haven't had it happen to me in a while since Vet zones are not as populated, but it does get frustrating when it happens and you just spent manna or stamina and missed. Now if I was low on health, then that is a well timed pull, and I thank you :)

And that is the crux of the issue.

Leave it to humanity to enact douchebaggery whenever possible. There will always be people like that who do this just to be annoying... because they can.

Appealing to them not to do it just makes them smile and enjoy doing it even more.

When that happends to me, I usually stand back, take a sip of my cold drink, watch the show and relax waiting for my xp to gp on to my account
We're born, we live, we die. And along the way, you do the best with whatever crap you step in :p

I'm stranded all alone in the gas station of love, And I have to use the self-service pumps <3

Post Hoc Ergo Proptor Hoc o:)

Motivation alone is not enough. If i had an idiot with me and i motivated him, then i will have a motivated idiot to do stuff :s

Happened to me few times, so I assumed they wanted to finish the mob, so I just went on my way.

If I've already damaged it I just move on to the next one and let them finish it for me. Being sure to loot any chests and harvest any node in the vicinity, of course.

If they don't care how super annoying it is to have a mob pulled away mid fight then they can deal.

Best way to deal with these jerks, they get more repair bills .. just a pity they leech XP unlike other games where XP isn't affected if someone comes along to 'help'.

The leeching is fine. To do it you have to damage the mob, which helps unless you're testing something and don't want help. Generally it speeds up your progress tho. Coming from other games it was super annoying the first week but I got used to it. Kind of like how it works here. Wouldn't want it in every game but it works in this one.

Having a mob pulled off of you mid fight is just annoying tho.
