    What if it's working exactly the way the developers want it to work? Because once they change it to suit you, of course, people who like it the way it works now will be complaining just as hard, if not harder, than you are doing now. From the developer point of view, they won't free themselves of complaints one way or the other.

    360 block is a terrible idea imo, nothing like some scrub blocking my snipe from behind, that's some hardcore ninja *** right there.

    just one thing, if shield and sword shouldnt 360 block, that goes for the rest of the weapons also......

    Yup ZoS should use logic and common sense to determine that Blocking shouldn't be 360 degrees when you shoot FIREBALLS out the end of a Wooden stick. Maybe Blocking in ESO is in part magical and therefore doesn't rely on your normal definition of what it would be like IRL.

    Nah the game does have a logic to magic though, it's a whole different universe and it has its own metaphysical laws.

    So no, 360 degree block is just dumb IMO, make it 230 degrees or something like that so people actually have a chance against a 6k health dude. (considering the stamina bar becomes a second health bar).
    Do you mind? I'm busy doing the fishstick, it's a very delicate state of mind.

    We could go on forever back and forth with different abilities that make no sense but it's moot. Block in ESO is 360 degrees, and why are you fighting Emperors and complaining about Block? Block is the very least of your problems fighting an Emperor.

    Also, while it's annoying in PvP changing it away from 360 degrees would mean death in PvE with enough mobs since the way the AI is they can surround you completely until you cannot move.

    As with the hidden attacks from back, it does 3 times more dmg in pve, than in pvp (lolZeni). So they could just make it to block nonfront damage 100% in pve, and 25% in pvp. So you can remain lolgodlike hero in your pve.

    Not emperors, normal guys who have a 2k or more Stamina bar for blocking.
    Do you mind? I'm busy doing the fishstick, it's a very delicate state of mind.

    You said "make it 230 degrees or something like that so people actually have a chance against a 6k health dude" and the only way to achieve 6K health is to be Emperor. So for that comment your argument is you want to be able to kill Emperors and Block being 360 degrees is preventing you from that, very poor argument at best.

    360 degree blocking is perfect, until we get player collision in game.

    When we do so, then 180 degrees blocking will be fine.

    i think he meant like 3k health, and 2k+ stamina because blocking and other mitigation skills for lolblocking

    Whats wrong about it?
    I use it myself because i think combined with blazing shield and self heal its better than blocking. I can keep attacking healin or restorimg my mana with heavy attacks.

    Ohh really ranged only? Tell me about how melee is currently... You attack a DK? Standard, Talons, etc. while Blocking like a god, so melee vs DK... No way.
    Melee vs Templar with blazing shield or/and impulse/pulsar (600+dmg per pulse )etc.... no way... Sorcerer? Probably using fragments what is ranged, bolting away from you or just spammint impulse/pulsar anyway.
    So..... exept if you are DK, there is no way for melee, currently ranged is prefered so dont talk crap about how it were if block would not be 360 degree. ESO currently RANGED game.
    Choo choo train -> get the hell out of way, if you want to do damage, go RANGED
    DK -> better dont get into talons and standard so go RANGED
    Templar -> blazing shield + aoe spam, so go RANGED

    Its not raging. If they dont change, they dont. DKs remain an OP joke, train will be train, all will be the same. It was an idea for removing OP ness without nerfing a class. I can avoid blockers, aoe spammers, but some want to play fair, and have fun, like they would play in a decent Elder Scroll game.

    There is nothing to fix, Because there is no such thing as never ending blocking in this game. I mean it takes but playing a shield user in pvp once, To know that you've never actually played one in PvP. How do I know this? Because I've ran the absolute best setups for blocking, I'm talking 5 Heavy/3 Block Cost Reduction Jewelry Glyphs with Defensive Posture in PvP..and I can flat out tell you, Your stamina will be gone incredibly quick in pvp even with that..If you don't run Block Cost Reduction Jewelry, and you're in light....and you've not stacked stamina, Like most of the people you're talking about..You're sure as hell not never ending blocking anything.

    Seems you never fought in pvp. If you were you would see... i dont speak about more vs 1. 1 on 1 decent DK. Hell you dont play pvp at all i guess or you are DK.

    D. I'm surprised ya didn't mention NB.

    E. ESO isn't currently a Ranged Game, Impulse is one of the main spells used in the game, and its not Ranged.. DK you don't go Ranged against because they're going to reflect anything ranged back at you, Templars you can't go ranged against because they're just going to charge on top of you to do Blazing Shield Spam, and Sorcs you don't need to go ranged against, You can simply charge and kill them or force them to run.

    You're also aware those Impulse trains you're talking about aren't blocking while they're running around right?

    Of course ya don't..That would require actually pvping for once in a game...And judging by your suggestions up above, You've only ever read about PvP not actually done it.

    You stop shooting a dk when it reflects ye. you try to get away from close range ye. Templars will charge you go away and continue ye... ohh wait what are you? a DK? REALLY :D
    Ohh you are with the easiest crap and you think you can do pvp? OFC you go melee you are halfgod. If you arent blocker DK, then excuse me, you are no problem. If you are then ... you cant pvp bro.
    NB? Whats with em? most of em using BOWs or just get you from horse.

    A train doesnt block while moving... well if they have not so many DK then who cares what they do if you shoot em from range. But why should be a 1h+sh lolblocker DK be in a train? They will use, lets say destrostaff, so they wont block so much.

    I wont continue to reply to this if an easymode DK trying to tell what is good and what is not. Maybe try out other class and play real pvp.
