No maintenance? Does that mean more lag/long load times etc?

Seems every time ZOS skip a maintenance, server performance is impacted. As per title plus artefacts take forever to load (crafting tables etc). Should we expect more of this this week or have ZOS got that under control?

    Maintenance Button??

You believe they just press a button? lol. Maintenance involves them checking the programmes, backing up data, and them fixing things. It's not automated.

They are probably too busy getting ready for the next patch, which I am looking forward too (dyes yay). Servers can manage for a week or so without maintenance, the weekly maintenance just keeps them in better efficiency.

There might be a slight slowing down for us, but probably not too noticable.

Well, Gina said they'll push it to Germany sometime from Tuesday to Friday. But any sooner would be awesome.

I think they're holding off on the EU maintenance to alleviate for the extended downtime that will occur for the server migration. Not sure why there's no NA maintenance, but maybe they just don't have a patch to push this week...?

No reason there should be an 'extended' downtime for the migration. The new EU server will have been up and running, tested and re tested before they allow it to go live.
It's not like they are just going to switch it on and say "there ya go folks"
(please don't let them just switch it on and say "there ya go folks...lol)

Yes, I fully believe that all maintenenace of complex server farms is done by a single key press.

It also involves a phone and a guy that makes calls around to all the local pet stores to find the cheapest deals on hamsters.

The server hamsters must have been out of stock this week.

They have said there will be. (I just have to find where they said that...)

    Edit: Here it is:

The European megaserver will be down for an extended period of time during the migration, yes. Before the downtime, we'll provide as close to a time estimate as we can. The North American megaserver will not be impacted.
