Connecting ESO and Steam

Ehh, how do I do this?

I want to be able to see who of my mate sis playing and see if I can convince some of my friends on steam to play but I am not spending another €50 for that privilege. Any advice? I have tried adding my product codes but they did not work

Look up "adding a non-Steam game".

The only way to do this is to add ESO as a non-Steam game - you'll still get the overlay to see who's online. In your Library, at the bottom, click Add a Game, then Non-Steam Game. Find "The Elder Scrolls Online," add it, and done.

Yea no, I know I can do that but that is not what I am looking to do. I have and pay for ESO and ESO is now available on Steam so I would like to connect the 2, financially I have pumped over €150 into it now I think I have earned it
Anyone know if that is possible?

    It isn't possible.

They asked Zenimax for something like 1/3 of all their game sales to be albe to do that. Guess what Zenimax said.
