Why doesn't Zenimax create posts for us to vote on before and idea goes to PTS?

Tonturri✭✭✭✭✭The forum is a small fraction of the entire population, and the one that is posting on the forums instead of playing the game.

Elad13✭✭✭NO...NO....No....The reason is because you (we) are not share holders or investors or any other form of decision making body of either company. Since ZOS assumes they already know what people want or are just forcing their ideas on the public..like MS did with xbone....what we the consumers think is irrelevant towards new changes and ideas....they are more concerned with how to get new subs....they will also throw out the Upcoming news based on when the most subscriptions are about expired. No different than our posts but in this example there would be direct responses for an explained topic.
What we have today are reaction posts missing details and directions. This wouldn't determine what they put in but it gives feedback before it's put in

The people they use in house are employed by the company for thier opinion. The people on the forum are utterly random and not people who get paid for their opinion (for the most part). I know who I'd trust more.0 -

Because the stuff they've announced as 'new' and 'upcoming' has been in the works for years. The stuff we won't see until next year and beyond is already under development. Very little, if any, new content is in direct response to player feedback. The best we can do, honestly, is report bugs, clitches and broken or wildly unbalanced mechanics and offer cosmetic suggestions or improvements. Some of which ( see the addition of Jerkins to light armor ) are easy and will be implemented rapidly. I wouldn't trust either. especially their in house testers. It's clear that what they test and what we get hardly ever match up, that's what causes so many issues. It's also clear that they don't allow the players to properly test things either (with so many updates having been skipped on the PTS and gone straight to live) or updates that get tested and the feedback bug reports ignored.
