Yeah I'm tired of my white horsies, and saving up to buy one of the better ones is still difficult, even at VR4. Still wanting to unlock my bank space, as long as each upgrade is cheaper than the 42k it costs for the "head start" horses. $15 is a little steep, if it were $5 I don't think I'd hesitate.

yea the white horse is super common. I wish I could change my horses' colors, having a white one on every character is meh. Especially since I want a shadowmere type on my main.

Buying a horse on all my characters is not happening tho.

You are right, I just looked it up. I was not even aware there was a 6th horse in the game.

I guess it is for people who only want the "ingame cheap horse" of the imperial editon, not the other benefits of that edition (Imperial Race with free Imperial Style, Imperial Style Conversion). Can't really see any reason for it otherwise (aside from having different color).

Well, even though I love palomino horses, I wouldn't give real money to buy a thing which has the worst stats in game (along with the common brown horse, and Imperial white horse). At least upgrading to Imperial edition offers some extra bonuses without being much more expensive than Palomino, so it's more bang for your buck.
But even if you have neither, like me, at early lvl you don't even really need a horse anyway since there's wayshrines all over the place and they're free of charge too...so I personally I just saved some money in game, and at lvl 25 or so could afford the 42k horses, which make all the difference in the long run (Cyrodiil)

My loyal palomino came named Fishystick.
I've fed my steed for speed and enough stamina to gain armor.
When riding through Nirn I find an easy gait gets the most loot.

    HiHo Fishystick! Away!

I have the Imperial and the Palomino. Ride the Palomino which is maxed on speed. Initially, just got tired of seeing only white horses.

I bought the Palomino Horse and I haven't seen a single other person riding one. I know 15 bucks for a digital horse is kind of insane but come on guys... Anyone else have one???

I've seen a few. However, the fact that you payed $15 for a texture map is sickening to me.

I have one character with the 42K black horse, a few with the palimino and a few with the imperial. I have one that will be getting the brown horse soon.

All Palominos come with that name. But you can change the name to anything you want - ANYTHING, because no one else can see it.

I usually stick the name Sir Edward on mine, but I might change that up for different characters, just for the halibut.

So has ESO basically set the standard for gold/cash conversion rates? $15 for a different color horse, or 19.5k gold for the basic in-game mount? Hmmmm

I'm all for the different look and that's great, I actually am thinking that $15 might be a bit steep for it.

The Imperial Edition was not available where i bought ESO.
So I started without a horse.
    Soon found I needed one.
So yeah, $15 on top of $60 for the game itself.
The Imperial Edition is still more expensive.
