Dungeon level scaling

When was this implemented? I thought it was gonna be introduced in a future patch?

...its not....yet. Why what dungeon is scaling to you? (Besides the normal\veteran switch)

One of the things I really do not like. There will need to be a switch. Watched the Quakecon vid last night.

I play this game 2 to 6 levels below the quests. My witch took the level 43 Mages Guild at level 34 and she solos + dungeons 2 - 4 above her level. If thy scale a dungeon for her it will be a faceroll. She does not even stop for single enemies her own level, they are dead before the clanfear gets there, she keeps walking.

She is like that because I took the time to L2P. This my first MMO and I was very much enjoying things before the nerf, now it's easy so I move up the level. Don't ruin the whole thing for the Care Bears, please.

Are they actually having them scale down? I thought it would only be scaling up.

dungeons are fine the way they are in my opinion(save for crypt of hearts vet apparently wanting a bunch of sticks, which I refuse to roll)
