Spindle clutch horribly broken
The main problem with spindle clutch is if you wipe on a boss the NPCs never reset and you are stuck in death with no way to reset the encounter. So the rest of the instance is completely hosed.

Menace✭✭Had the same last night with a guild run of VR Spindleclutch. The group relogged and that reset the encounter without resetting the dungeon.
