    No, you get to visit them in the Veteran ranks if you are in the other Alliances. V1-V5 for Daggerfall, V6-V10 for Ebonheart.

    You don't want to go there trust me; even as a Bosmer I got sick of all those freakin tree's.

    To be more specific. In order to travel into another area of a different fraction, you must first beat the main story of the game. With Cadwell Silver will allow you access to one fraction and Cadwell Gold will give you access to the other. Even if you are a member of a guild with multiple fraction, you will not be able to travel to a player of another fraction.

    I absolutely adored Grahtwood. After Auridon, the wild, untamed beauty of Grahtwood just left me agog. Then I tried to get around and the beauty didn't completely make up for the almost impossible navigation.

    Noemi Snowpaw - Kajiit Dragon Knight - I laugh... or I'd have to kill you.
    Kitera Dreamon - Breton of The Dominion: Because those Daggers don't appreciate a great Mage.
    Lysara Shadowcroft - Dunmer Bloodmage: This will only hurt a lot.

    Prophet's quests. But to do the last Prophet quest, I believe you need to have completed Coldharbour as well.
