I hung out around the thief stone on my dominion nightblade on auriel's bow for three hours last night. Daggerfall covenant controls most of the map right now, so I was well within enemy territory.
Never saw another player, not on the ride there or the several hours waiting around the stone. Not one chance for some small scale pvp opportunity, one on one or otherwise.

The zerg pvp is great... if that's what you're into. I love the siege weapons and dont mind keep assaults, but I absolutely loathe the zerg train bombing that pvp has mostly become here. I crave one on one encounters with enemy players, or even small scale group engagements where the situation isnt entirely reliant on how many healers and pulsar spammers you have.

Add something, anything, to encourage that. Draw some groups away from the mindless zerg assaults and the overpowered NPC's you've added to try and keep up with them and let us have some real pvp.

I'm guessing quest towns in all 3 alliances' territory like Bruma, have more traffic than stones. Mostly bellow Vr12 players going there, so if you haven't reach the end level yet, you can find some fun in these towns.

Other than that, join a dueling guild or camp at supply lines or maybe make friends in enemy faction who does love 1v1 :)

Also they are going to open the gates of imperial city that possibly brings some fun into cyrodiil in upcoming patches

You'll very rarely find enemy players on enemy controlled campaigns within enemy home territory. Not unless the map has recently been flipped.

Guested on DB EU earlier this week to quest in Chorrol, Bruma, Vlastarus and Cheydinhal with DC guards for protection and only encountered 6 enemy players in 5 hours, all in Cheydinhal and all but 2 were EP.

If you want to gank effectively in enemy controlled maps, try the areas around your home keeps and the gates since many new players to a campaign, like myself, would see total control as an opportunity to gain skyshards and PvE quests in areas that would normally be off limits.

Cheydinhal in particular is a popular spot as once you're in the city there's a sense of security on the rebel side. Many times I've watched players walk in as if they're the only ones there. They soon discover the frustrating truth >:)

The problem lies in the way FC are being abused right now...

It is hard to find anyone traveling between keeps not under siege, to keeps under siege right now because the fastest way there is generally to die, and rez at the FC at the keep under siege.

FC need to be looked at and changed to only allow you to rez at them if you die in the circle it encompasses on the map.

That will bring back more people traveling between keeps, and more small scale battles and ganks between the keeps.
