When is Update 3 going to happen?

I don't know if they released a release date yet or if anyone knows so I am asking the question just in case if I passed it up. I been curious when Update 3 plans to happen. The month is almost gone and I thought we were getting major updates once every month or something.

Not sure if there is a fixed release date (I doubt it) but probably in the first weeks of august (correct me if I'm wrong?!).

Don't quote me on this, but I believe they said it would be coming out in early August. No specific date is available at this time though.

They have said that their goal is to release updates every 4-6 weeks. If they keep to that timetable (as they have so far), we should see 1.3 by August 6th.

The words used by the developers were:

"early august"

So, late August?

Whenever ZOS is asked they say early August. For example:
