People are stating Negate Magic is not capped atm? I think it was at least capped on 6 targets some weeks ago, but that's just my solution to some mobs that I didn't stun, I didn't really test it.

However:

- I don't understand why that ability stuns NPCs but not players. Sure, would be OP just stunning players, right? What about a synergy like Nova or Dragon Standard?

- A really important thing about Negate Magic, that many people just seem to oversee, is it's selfheal effect with bloodmagic. And that's the only reason why I am still using it over Atro.

- Against big zergballs a single Negate Magic is pointless, they just wont use ground based AoE heal there and even if they would just stay inside the bubble they just absorb incoming damage and still stack barriers.

AoE-Caps have to be removed from any abilities but certain abilities and mechanics still need to be adjusted. The AoE-Caps are a poor excuse for bad balancing. For instance Clouding Swarm is just the best Ultimate for PvP. That ability and especially its very strong morphs has no a reason to be in the game at all (werewolfs dont have an ultimate while in wolfform as well) yet it's the most common reason to become a vampire wich certainly has heavy disadvantages as well.
A possibility I see for supportive abilities (like Barrier) is a smaller effect per player the more players are effected. So the sum of all the shields would be higher with more players affected but the shield given to a single player would be weaker if you effect many.

It has a cap, but you can stack negates with themselves
