Flame Whip what is crit based off? Also how do increase overall damage other then magicka? Weapon Power or Spell Power ... Im hear so many people that are telling me two different things

As pointed out above, class abilities are based on either spell crit or weapon crit, depending on whether the ability is a melee ability or not.
