Cast through raid -> get maximum 15-25 ultimate. those numbers even high I think.

Start to fix your game ZoS! Or give to all insta 100+ ultimate from 1 cast

or, you know... AoE him before he charges it? he's still there.

I just gave an example (clouding swarm). Main key is unlimited ultimate generation from 1 cast.
Sorcs ultimates is ok since it is mobile archetype. Did you try out Overload? Highest dps ingame using this.
Negate - must have in all pvp raids. Atronach is ok in pve.

If you want complain about useless ultimates - check out other classes (except dk)
For comparison - Refreshing path have ultimate cap! Why?
It's stupid to defend bugged exploitable abilities.

Sorcs have -15% ultimate cost from passive. -15% from dragon set and can also get -3% from seducer.total -33% + vampire stage reducing....
1 cast bolt escape = invisible again. surge + any aoe = full hp. There is no ways to counter this sht escept what? yea, "useless" sorcerer ultimate (negate)
