Speed boost stacking, or...?

This happened to me one time in Riften. Freaked me out and a guildmate told me to just expel all of my stamina. It returned back to normal. As an Emp, that could take a while I suppose.

I had it once happen to me and if it happens the player should kill themselves instead of continuing to fight.

When it happened to me I stopped moving once I noticed it was bugged out. The movement speed was round 500%+ normal speed.

Loaded up Spell Symmetry and got my health down very low trying to entice someone to one shot me. No takers. I waited until I saw no allies or enemies and at one step at a time moved to a cliff to throw myself off.

Dying fixes it but logging out and back in did not.

Players abusing it should be reported. IE: If they are still fighting.

it's the knockdown speed bug. You slow down while casting and jumping but otherwise superspeed sprint everywhere. Resets on death.
