I'm a dk that Is using mostly light armor and 2 pieces of heavy. I'm using staff/2h and I'm wondering if 1. Does the uppercut morph Dizzying swing apply the dmg debuff AFTER the stun? And 2. Does the dmg debuff activate if the target isn't stunned? Like on bosses or things that can't be knocked down.

Also which would you get? I'm split between pvp and pve.
