Hi. 1) IMO you post this topic in wrong thread.
2) Now I'm leveling 2H DK. As I see it is a stamina based build.
- Wrecking Blow - IMO nice stun with nice dmg but casting time is too high. 2sec is not for me. (I know that 1 sec but when I used it seems like 2 and for pvp it's totally useless)
- Empowering Chains - IMO nice with bosses and why not Burning Breath which reduce armor and AoE? (and as I know lava whip use weapon crit and armor so it is some point of using that)
- Flawless Dawnbreaker - I dont think it's necessary because it's very easy to reach the cap (and after patch 1.3 too).
- Flame Lash - yes because you dont need another morph. Against single target and PvP its ok.
And why dont use flames of oblivion and draw essence? IMO nice if you need survive in crowd, And critical charge! It's a great opener.

For NB - I dont know. Seems pretty nice but Veil of Blades - IMO not the best ult.

P.S. You planning PvP or PvE with this build?

Anything? I'll tell you what I find surprisingly fun.. a Sorc with Bow and/or 1H/Shield. NB is fun 2h yes.... 1h Shield even... DW... Bow.. .but no surprise there. NB is NOT fun with staves. I should know, I leveled destruction first thinking of the game like Skyrim.... but I hated using a staff as a NB. It feels, so unnatural. The moment I slapped some DW and Bow on there..... it felt like home, regardless of what the stamina naysayers yap about.

However Sorc.... okay you'd think staves would be the obvious choice... but the other weapons are A LOT OF FUN because pretty much all of the Sorcs abilities are ranged... so melee becomes more attractive than one might think.
