The only pvp cool enough to show off at there trade show is not even in the game. I was excited to play eso again. Then find out its not even in the game
Cyrodill is so boring. Sorry to say it. I hoped it would be fun when I bought the game. But it sucks. Takes way to long to get into fights. and they are always so lop sided. no skill involved. it's all just who has the numbers on there team. So then you get rolled by 15 guys and guess what. Takes 10 mins to get back into a pvp battle just to have the same thing happen again. Either rolling people with a zerg or being the one getting rolled.
Please add the 4v4v4!

... lol just kidding, but yes Lowbei is serious and correct, they will edit that out. I have a blast in Cyrodiil with a small group of 4-5 friends, we small scale PvP... just go with the zerg flow and cut off reinforcements. Some fights are tons of fun, winning overwhelming odds. I think the problem was you played on a dead campaign. Try playing on Wabbajack, It is very full and balanced, Each side usually owns most of their home territory. There is multiple spots for action, It never takes more than 2 minutes to get to an action spot. Also you will see alot of forward camps for respawning that your side uses to keep your side in the battle. it is alot different since game launch
Numbers game.... People have learned alot since game launch, in alot of scenerios its about tactics even when vastly out numbers you will since tactical advantages win the fights.
Small scale fights..... these are everywhere, mostly inbween the keep seiges and keep ports, you can have endless 2v2, 3v3, and single ambushes.
Sneaking, This is a huge tool even if your character isnt made for it, you cna still use it to avoid enemy zergs.
Your Horse..... feed it apples every day, after 50 days your horse has 75% increased speed, you cut travel time in half.
Why is Cyrodiil so large?.... because it has to be for battles to mean anything, killing someoen and taking them out of the fight has importance since they cant just be right back in 30 seconds. Where you are on the map matter sand your postion. Seigeing when enemy armies are far away has importance, cutting off the enemy supply line has importance. Cyrodiil is perfect the way it is. you ahve to be smart about what you do and what you risk when attacking know if you die you will have to spend time to get back.
Cyrodiil is my favorite MMO PVP at the moment and yes i am really looking forward to teh Imperial City1 -
KrinNapalSoul ShrivenCyrodiil does have good PVP content, but I would like to see more styles of PVP in the game, like what was used for the PVP tournament at Quakecon. More variety is never a bad thing. Not all PVP oriented people need to have a great love for Cyrodiil, if that is not how they would like to enjoy PVP. "Play the game how you would like to play it." ...
The Justice system will bring in some much needed one on one to small group PVP in questing zones. Which is awesome! Make the world more unpredictable and exciting.
I would also like to see a PVP Arena that you can queue for. A suggestion for Zenimax, if they would like to try to tie the PVP arena into Cyrodiil, would be to grant the faction of the Arena Champion a buff. Just like the Olympics can be political IRL and bring inspiration and pride to the gold metalist country. It would also be really cool if you could watch the players competing against each other and bet on the winner bases on team color, before the next fight. I have never seen in game gambling in a MMO. It would be cool!

Yasha✭✭✭✭✭There can be fun had in the current pvp setup if you are VR12, well geared, and have a good premade. Otherwise it is much as you describe.
The non-vet campaigns will help enable more people enjoy the pvp, but arenas/battlegrounds would be awesome.
