Why buy it back when you can take it off the guild store? O.o

I don't have a screenshot, but if you click on the icon "Listings" (at the top right of the guildstore interface) you should see a list of all items you are selling in your currently selected guild (if you are in more than one guild you can switch to another guild's guild store by pressing "F", with standard key bindings).

If the list of items you are selling doesn't show up correctly, click on the "Browse" or "Sell" tab icon and then go back to "Listings" again. If you switch to another guild's guild store more than twice, the list will sometimes not update anymore and you will still see the list of items you are selling in the previously selected guild store. In that case you just need to exit and talk to the NPC to open the guild store window again.

Now, to answer your question At the right side of the list (under "Listings"), you should see an "x" icon for each item you are selling. Clicking on that x will cancel the sale and your item will be sent back to you by mail (if you don't get the mail immediately you can relog to get it instantly). The only thing you will have lost is the 1% listing fee that you paid to enlist the item.
