Visiting Other Alliance's Zones

It would be so great to be able to visit other's alliances territory before reaching lvl50. I have found this as only big minus of the game since the release as it's restricting us to explore and enjoy the whole world. If it was possible to go anywhere since the beginning while the quests are scaled towards character's level. It would be much more fun rather than wait and wait until u reach lvl50 to see the beauty of other parts of Tamriel...

At least they added the option. Originally they weren't even going to do that.

I'd like being able to visit before reaching the level cap, not to do quests, but rather to just explore.

Considering you can go past lvl 50, that should be enough.

Going before level 50 would make no sense because you're building up fame in your own faction that you chose.

You can do like many and create alts in each alliance.

I actually like it. I do wish that after Molag Bal was beaten that both alliabce zones were immediately available.

Wouldn't matter. From what I've read, everyone you see in the other zones are originally from your own. Each faction has their own map of Tamriel, which I wish they'd change.

In my mind, allowing us to explore all the zones independently, leveling them to our level, and then choosing which alliance we stood for ... that would have been a better system. This would require more 'short story' content unrelated to the main plot seeded throughout the zones, but it definitely could be done.

I always do all the side missions I can in TES games before finishing the main plot. In Skyrim, when I got to Sovengard and the bridgemaster asked me what my claim to fame was, the list sounded like a bards tale.
Ruze Aulus. Mayor of Dhalmora. Archer, hunter, assassin. Nightblade.
Gral. Mountain Terror. Barbarian, marauder, murderer. Nightblade.
Na'Djin. Knight-Blade. Knight, vanguard, defender. Nightblade.

    XBOX NA
Ruze is a veteran of the PC Beta, lived through the year one drought, survived the buy-to-play conversion, and has stepped foot in the hells known as Craglorn. He mained a nightlbade when nightblades weren't good, and has never worn a robe. He converted from PC during the console betas, and hasn't regretted it a moment since.

He'd rank ESO:TU (in it's current state) a 4.8 out of 5, loving the game almost entirely.

This is an multiplayer game. I should be able to log in, join a dungeon, join a battleground, queue for a dolmen or world boss or delve, teleport in, play for 20 minutes, and not worry about getting kicked, failing to join, having perfect voice coms, or being unable to complete content because someone's lagging behind. Group Finder and matchmaking is broken. Take a note from Destiny and build a system that allows from drop-in/drop-out functionality and quick play.

What you want is a sandbox just like what TES is supposed to be, instead of a one directional theme park treadmill which ESO was designed as. I want a sandbox too, but like many others have said, this cake is already baked. It's too late for changes that big.

I wouldn't say too late. I've seen bigger changes before in other games. But I'm not going to put anything on it. If it happens, I'll be happy. If it don't, it's not enough to ruin the game for me.

They are trying to add more sandbox elements, but I think the quest levels are pretty much a done deal.

It needed to be at post 50 content though, that way you have something to do after defeating the god of schemes.
Been here since Feb 2014 - You'd think I'd be half reasonable at this game by now...
