Provisioning is in for a change. And there are still dungeons (public, open, group, whatever) you could farm mats in. Lots of barrels and crates with no owner.
I think the changes are great honestly. And the Spell crafting will nullify the class trait/skill restrictions currently in game making it just like the old games where you can cast any spell, have any trait, etc.
So you'll start out with a class (like int he old games) and then make your own spells and traits etc for it.
As far as the vet stuff goes, I am glad they are changing it, means you will always have something to work for. And your character will never reach a cap or stop developing.
I am exceedingly happy with these changes as they resolve all of the past issues. And I hope the other TES fans who did not buy because of the classes come back now that they wont matter anymore.
