Is there any 4th alliance in future for ESO?

I was thinking about how would PvP look like if we put one more allliance, which are Imperials.I think of them as small faction which controls only the Imperial Island and if stronger maybe could liberate Cyrodiil from other alliances.
How would this function?
Well if you think it will be unbalanced, look the current situation, this would be good option for those who always liked Imperial race and Empire.
The next thing I thought at first that only Imperial natives could be in this alliance but why to be racist, it would be awesome if any race could be member of Imperial force, why not?So what you think of this idea of Imperials having their faction?
We can play it ingame but why not have 4 and final alliance?

✭I wouldn't have thought so. It would require almost an entire re-writing of the games story and a great % of its missions.
They may add some kind of mini faction/alliance, but I'd certainly be surprised if we got a 4th major player in the mix !

Yeah but this faction could be ally for any faction, the ones who have low population, this way it could be in some way combatted with this unbalance.

what is an npc player?
The benefit of RvRvR is that any alliances (which shouldn't exist in the first place) don't last for very long. No faction should be an ally for any other faction.
Anyway, it doesn't fit in cyrodiil and their city is open season for everyone, so they wouldn't even have a home base.Dear Sister, I do not spread rumors, I create them.1 -
