I got the same e-mail. I assume some sort of fix is going to be implemented and we'll be able to get the spider come Monday. Can't tell you any more than that though, the CS person I talked to couldn't tell me anything else.

I'm assuming you did the Quest, didn't get the Spider, and sent in a Ticket? Maybe they have fixed the issue and you will receive the Pet after the Update.

They are either fixing it or removing it as a reward. I don't see how successfully completing the quest invalidates the loot, though.

If they remove it as a reward, yeah, I feel I should still get it since I completed the quest beforehand. If they fix it, great, but even if they fix the quest I doubt it'll automatically retroactively grant the reward, and I'd have to go through CS anyways. Eh. Will just have to wait to see patch notes.

If they remove it as a reward, yeah, I feel I should still get it since I completed the quest beforehand. Yea, I'm very curious about those patch notes myself. Removing things, at a time like this, would be an epic face-palm.

I got this problem 1 month ago. I wrote them a report and they sent me a spider with a funny mail. My spider thought he was a mudcrab and he wandered offm so they just caught him and sent it to me.

Ah! also idk if you have seen this before but the razaks spider can get hurt. Lead him into a trap and he yell if he get hurt. Do you ask why i say 'he'? Because 'its' have male voice! :disagree:

Ah! also idk if you have seen this before but the razaks spider can get hurt. Lead him into a trap and he yell if he get hurt. Do you ask why i say 'he'? Because 'its' have male voice! :disagree:

I am a healer and I noticed he occasionally steals my heals, I put mutagen on him, I use breath of life and it jumps to him etc. Still using him in veteran dungeons, I am just that hardcore.

I also did the quest a few weeks ago, didn't receive the reward, sent a letter to support in game, got the spider in an hour with a nice mail that he is a friend that wants to meet me and I should look after him!

I had to summon mines for various reasons but not Razak. Maybe all got fixed in general for me and I just noticed it after using him.

I think you are thinking of class pets. Pretty sure he is a vanity pet, since he can't attack for you or anything. Though he soaks up heals and such so who knows.

Sometimes my vanities disappearing as you said before. But then they just shows up randomly. (spider or scuttler)

Nah it was vanity pet, I am a templar, I have no class pets :P I used scuttler before and that used to disappear. It might have reappeared automatically like Hasbal said but I just chose to summon earlier.
