OK where are the motif's

KariTR✭✭✭✭✭When I came back from a seven day holiday, I found the Primal and Barbaric in Windhelm within 30 minutes of each other.
I'm not sure relogging has worked for quite some time - when I log to my other crafters, for example, I am most likely to return to empty containers. Same as if I log off at night in a home that I have looted, in the morning it still remembers my crime and has ensured all items have been removed.
In the second tier Vet zone, I have yet to find a racial but I have another holiday coming up in 4 weeks, so fingers crossed

Wow, damn...I've found a grand total of two over a VR2 and a currently lv31, both of them blue. I've filled a personal bank and almost a guild bank with all the other provisioning stuff I've looted tho. *grumbles and complains*
Aren't these purple & gold motifs meant to be super rare so it adds value to them in the economy ?
I also think they should put a crafting level req on being able to learn them that way it would require you to level crafting before being able to use them, gives people an incentive to craft rather than just search all containers just to sell would be a supply & demand then.0 -
Dekkameron✭✭✭✭✭I haven't looted any purple motifs in a while. but i must say that normal motifs drop tons, i often give them away to peeps for silly ES trivia questions in zonechat.

✭I found barbaric and ancient elf. A friend gave me another ancient elf which I traded for primal, and I bought daedric for 20k. Previously I would find the blue motifs, but I haven't seen any since the patch that made them rarer.
I would ocassionally like to get a motif to give to guildies or sell, but they just stopped showing up. I don't really want to have to farm containers and relog over and over again, it's mind-numbing.Dear Sister, I do not spread rumors, I create them.0 -

Daedric, Ancient Elves, Barbaric and Primal do have a crafting level requirement.......
You need to have unlocked a certain amount of the 9 material unlockables before you can learn each motif, this can however be in either Blacksmithing, Woodworking or Clothier, one will do not all three
