my view on 2 currently OP skills that need change:
1) Dragonknights reflect need to be changed to ''reflect 1 projectile each second of duration'' , skill would maintain it awesome 1 vs 1 and tanking skill, but would stop being OP mass pvp skill.
2) Sorcerers critical surge is insane OP pve and quite badass pvp, it should also be limited to 1 heal per second or 1 hit from aoe, not all of them( compare this skill to NB skill leeching strikes which heals lot less, costs 22% attack power instead of giving weapon damage) this skill allows sorcerers to use Spell symetry(exchange Hp for magicka+cost reduction&20% spell damage increase on next spell) every few seconds therefore making their magicka limitless.
NO resource should be infinite without significant cost!
