I do what I like. I don't steal or kill simply bcoz the opportunity presents itself. On the other side I won't let 'the law' dictate to me what I should and shouldn't do. I get enuff of that IRL.
I don't comment here often but when I do, I get [snip]

This could also create an opportunity for competition amongst newly formed TG and DB rp guilds, which could be fun. Same for guard guilds.

Somehow I can see it coming that all cities are wiped of non-essential characters by the time the patch comes out because out of the 50 players in a busy town half decide it is fun to kill everyone... Hmm it will feel slightly lonely then... I wonder how they do the spawn times and fix this problem!

Personally I like to listen to the non-essential drunks sing their drunken songs and random banter from NPC's. When everyone is constantly killing them for kicks, it is going to totally blow immersion.

Maybe the final version will instance the grief kills or something, otherwise this will just be another way to annoy people like monkeys at banks.

I will not participate in any of these shenanigans. And reading a lot of the comments here, I have to wonder if we shouldn't be slipping anti-psychotic meds into some people's water supplies. LOL

Unforunately it seems like the only options available to us are thieves, murderers, and guards. Surely my khajiit would prefer to be an entrepeneur, a manager of exotic women, no?

I wonder if old spinster Kajiit females end up living with loads of human pets.

In my faction's lands, I'll be a upstanding citizen and will uphold the law by any means necessary.

In the enemy faction's lands, I'm going to regularly go on killing sprees with my guildies.

Actually, the funniest thing that happened to me in Skyrim was because the justice system kicked in at exactly the wrong time (for the guard.)

I had just called Ohdaviing, see. I was standing near the balcony railing, and turned around (first person), when one of the attending guards says "Hey, don't I know you? You're ..." That's when I see a dragon swoop by; he took the guard with him. I think he was still trying to arrest me as I watched him fall to his death.

Guard - "You're under ARREEEEEEEST!" *splat*

Me - "Does this mean I'm free to go now?"

Even though I'm not a PVP player normally I am looking forward to this.

My main characters focus is crafting so she won't care for any of it as she's an upstanding citizen - depending on how they implement it she may try to take out a criminal if the odds are way in her favor but otherwise - no need to get involved as she'll be far too busy spell crafting anyway.

After saying that the justice system has inspired me to make a new thief character with very flexible morals when it comes to possession ownership - she can steal the ingredients for my crafting character and it gives me the opportunity to play in a totally different style when I feel like it - from there depending how it goes she may branch out into assassinations if she gets a taste for the criminal life.
