Can't close the portals in the quest "The Wounds in the World" located in the Deshaan zone

I tried logging off and then on again, and I still can't close the portal. I'm at VR-3 is this makes a different. Is anyone else having this problem?

It was just fixed to me two days ago, try logging off and then on again.
