Could a single new skill line completely solve the "stamina build problem"

There have been many discussions of this problem, and many of them have several reasonable suggestions on them. Many call for a third resource pool, and maybe the game should have been designed that way in the first place. But it was not, and I don't think zos is likely to rework the basic game mechanics to include it.

I wonder if adding an "athletics" skill line would be the answer. This is not a unique suggestion, I know, but I wanted to flesh it out a bit more.

This line should include a skill which when added to the skill bar switches the defensive abilities (block, dodge, cc break) to pull from magicka. A second skill could convert magicka to health and stamina. It should have passives which improve stamina regeneration for each piece of heavy and damage for each piece of medium. There could be a passive to reduce dodge costs for each piece of light.

I think this could really improve stamina and hybrid builds. I personally would love to see true hybrid builds (spellsword) become viable.

I like it.. If they had used the traditional Elder Scrolls skill lines (like athletics) in the first place rather than classes, game would be easier to balance.
