And those of us who liked it enough to pre-order got treasure maps, a crab vanity pet and the ability the play any race on any faction. Now I wonder, who is better off? Stop being children and expecting to be able to obtain everything.
Are the people that are buying the game through steam now crying that they should be given the pre-order bonuses because other people have them? No.0 -

Thank baby jebus that ESO doesn't directly link to or is forced to load via the Steam network. That pile of digital garbage has no place in the gaming community for those of us who OWN our games. The only reason some companies use Steam is in a failed attempt to keep people from pirating their game, which doesn't remotely work. I loved the whole trying to load Skyrim during it's first December and having Steam tell you nope, because it's too busy right now, but I have the disk in my hand, nope you can't play right now because Steam says so.It's really sad that TESO owner can't link to steam.

One thing on the treasure maps.They didnt tell me to put them in the bank BEFORE I deleted my initial character. I now have no maps.I learned the hard way to empty out a chars inventory before deleting them. As to the adventure pack,it wasnt anything other than that.Two rings and a union certificate.

Before that was added ZOS would re-mail them to you if you asked them, there was a long-lived thread in Dev Tracker where they made this known.

It's not just the dog that angers me how they're handling the game. If you have to ask what else they're not doing with morals, then you must be oblivious, and I envy that.
Once again, I'm trying my hardest not to trash ZOS, as I'm sure I'm only seeing my side to it.
But what angers me the most is that I'm getting trashed on for having an opinion. I've seen worse threads that aren't even relevant to the game.

It's a great way of marketing the product and assuring the subscribing customers that the company cares. It's just like giving people who needs to consider even at half price, say, a limited edition pet that supersedes all others.
Such a great way to reward loyal customers and keep the market share strong and growing. I love it.
