Whiterun Wolfhound - Why would you inadvertently punish current subscribers

Making the wolfhound exclusive to a new purchase of the imperial edition on steam is just all sorts of dumb. You realize you're alienating you're current player base by doing so, right? I mean, even if I was willing to dish out an extra eighty bucks just for the wolfhound (which would be ridiculous mind you), there's no way to link it to my current account. For shame ZOS, for shame.

✭✭✭✭What saddens me is I have all my @ launch pets and the Beta Monkey sitting in my bank unused, I don't like any of their looks but that wolfhound is cool..........
Plus I knew an Irish Wolfhound from 4 months old until his demise, I would happily have his image follow me around

They should add a pet vendor in the game where anyone can get any of the pets but have to spend gold for them. (excluding the monkey; Beta testers only.) I would like that idea. At least that way anyone that wants one can have one.2 -
