Will Guild Kiosks be Restricted to Guild Alliance? - Update 3

I run 3 very active trading guilds, but they were all established in the Ebonheart Pact and I'm wondering if that is going to pose a problem when the kiosks are implemented.

If my guild was established in the Ebonheart Pact can I bid on a kiosk in the Aldmeri Dominion or will I be restricted to only the kiosks located in Ebonheart Pact areas?

Once a kiosk is won in the Aldmeri Dominion, will only characters from that alliance have access to the kiosk?

If this is the case, then the best economical decision for me is to disband two of my guilds and recreate them on separate alliances so that they are not all competing in the Ebonheart Pact. This would be very inconvenient but if it is necessary, I'd rather do it now before the update is implemented so I don't miss out on bidding for kiosks in the first week. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.

Very good question. After all, you can have members of your guild in other alliances. Why restrict their access?
This one has an eloquent and well thought out response to tha... Ooh sweetroll!

I asked a similar question in another thread and someone was kind enough to post this:

"In an interwiew with Nick Konkle on the Elder Scrolling podcast Sunday, he said the each kiosk will be there for all 3 phases. So if a guild wins one in Daggerfall for example, it can be browsed by DC 1-50, EP v1-v5, and AD V6-v10 etc."

This has been answered in the German forums:
[...] die Gildenhändler stehen immer in allen Kopien einer Zone; das schließt die Veteranenversionen der anderen Allianzen mit ein.

This means, each kiosk is accessible by all three factions.

Thank you! That answered my second question entirely, but will my Ebonheart Pact guilds be able to bid on kiosks in any alliance or will we only be able to bid on kiosks located in the Ebonheart Pact since that is where we were established?

Can't give a definite answer for that. But considering guilds can have members from all alliances, I think it's quite safe to assume that you can buy from any alliance :)

Same answer. The vendor for our VR1 zone is the same as the AD lower zone. it is all the same guy. I can't see any other way for us to be able to bid for 122 people with only our own zones.
