Fishing: Rare fish called "Muskie".... what wrong with this fish??? ;/

So while i'm fishing now and then i catch rare fish called Muskie but every single time when i'm trying loot this fish it doesn't show in my bag :neutral_face:

Is this fish bugged?

    It seems all the rare fish are bugged, I have caught a few and never seen one go to my inventory. In the case of the Bleackrock I caught the rare fish four times in a row and didn't get the achievement or the fish.

    Rare fish seem to be behaving oddly. When I catch one, it will usually show the checked off fish for the achievement (for Glenumbra I currently have it showing I've caught four of them) but the fish never go to my inventory.

    Same problem. Since Beta-version. No achievement, no fish in my bug... oh! bag!

    Still can't loot rare fish. No achievement.

    Those fish don't get in inventory. They are "consumed" by your achievement list. It's not a bug, it's intended.
    If you go to fishing achievements you can see your progress on that achievement.
    And you don't get the achievement until yoiu caught all rare fish in that area. So that's why you don't get that achievement yet.

    Yeah check your Achievements, Fishing and you'll probably find the rare ones there. Usually there are 12 different ones per zone (though the ones on starter islands seem to be bugged, the others work)

    They should be lootable since they have a value. Blue fish can be worth >100 gold, so everyone who keeps missing out on looting fish is losing out on easy $ too.

    It's been a few months please address this problem. with a response maybe?

    Since fishing is such a waste of game time, seems to have no purpose, im quite sure the devs will fix this asap. They always seem to fix things that are unimportant rather then tending to real issues.

    Really? The OP was from 4/3 and it is now over 3 months later, so it didn't get fixed ASAP, did it? L2P, with the P standing for Pay Attention.
